Initial Consultation | Complementary | 2 hours maximum
Subsequent Consultation Meeting without package | $50
We recognize that each client has their own unique budget. As a result, each package and A La Carte item we offer is priced to work with your individual budget.
Event Day Only Management Package | starting at $300.00
When you have planned your event and want to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor, we will provide on-site coordination the day of your event and eliminate your worries. (Excludes travel fees)
Full Service Package | starting at $1000.00
Includes full event planning and day-of supervision from beginning to end.
Party Package | starting at $500.00
Planning and coordination of parties, dinners showers and birthday bashes
Fundraising events | pricing varies
So much goes into successful non-profit fundraising events;
pricing will be determined
after we meet to discuss your fundraising goals and needs;
Payment Information
A 50% down payment is required.
Remainder of fees will be billed in a final invoice no less than one week prior to the event.
Failure to pay will invoke cancellation of contract.
All prices have the possibility of renegotiation depending upon client needs and budget, and services rendered/requested.
